Default P0412 and p1445

I know what they both mean but I have no idea how to fix it. I just bought my 98 cobra yesterday and had it inspected and tested for emissions. How could it have passed emissions with these two codes and where do I start? Of course I used the search button and google but am not having much luck. I also need to make a 350 mile trip tomorrow do yo think I'm ok taking the cobra?

Ok well the 1445 code is the purge flow sensor issue... its the little sensor on the passenger side

That little guy

Next is the p0412, which is another evap code for the air pump, located in the passenger fender well. They both could be related. I'd start with checked the operation of the air pump, make sure it has power and ground...if so, its most likely shot.

I lied I do have that but it's plugged in somewhere different. Instead of plugging in to the blue one in your picture it's plugged in to one that's coming further from the left. You can see in the pic below.

Anyone know what the brown connector in my above pic goes to? I switched it out for the blue one and the p1445 went away, but I still don't know where the brown connector is supposed to go
