A 93 canned tune can actually do quite a bit. Minimal mods I had and a canned 91 octane tune and I put down 250rwhp on a 95* day with high humidity and slipping clutch. I'd say hes probably about 240rwhp or a little more. OP, glad you're happy with what you did. Please put mufflers back on soon though. Thats not helping you, its actually hurting you and making your car sound bad. No offense bud.

Yep like all the people said go with gears... I personally have no experience with 4.10 but a lot of people seem to be really happy with them... I like my 3.73 though... oohh and get a midpipe with some nice mufflers.... before you ask which ones sound the best its personal preference... go to youtube and do some research... =)

Thank you everybody for the help and answer my questions. Next in my list are gears, I need to decide if I go with the 3.73 or the 4.10. I drive about 400 miles a week most of that are Highway miles. I don't want to kill my gas mileage to much. My RPM in 5th gear going 70 is 1400.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I'd do 4.10's honestly. I went to 3.73's and it didn't really effect my MPG on the highway, now I wish I had gone with more gear.
ANd yeah, a good gears should cost around $350-400 bucks, gears+install.

cliffs: some guys are getting better mpg with 4.10s than stock gears and hoss thinks you're gay if you don't get 4.30s... you can read it and see what they say/what kind of mpg they are getting with said gear ratio
I have 4.10s, I get over 300 miles on a tank of gas regardless of where I'm driving and how I'm driving...
