Maybe he used the 2v heads but judging from that picture the heads look stock as well. Looks dirty for having a new engine. Receipts!

+1 receipts, receipts, did I mention RECEIPTS?!

The price looks about right for a 99 with that many miles. Most people know you never get your money back on the mods.

Looks pretty umm..aged so definitely test drive it. Ask him about the maintenance interval too. See what his initial response is. Hesitant and watches you for your reaction as he goes down the list and corrects himself a lot based on your reaction, he's BSing.

Solid response with little hesitation and doesn't wait for your reaction as he goes down the list, most likely telling the truth.

No hesitation means rehearsed and BS.

Thanks for the help guys,
That kind of confirmed my fears. Ill call this guy tonight and see if he has the reciepts. If not, im going to pass. Thanks again for all the help!
