squeak when turning left
Recently my car started to squeak when I was taking a mid to long left hand turn between 20-30 mph. I was doing the cobra brake swap this weekend and figured since it was on jackstands I would replace the spindle. Everything I read online pointed to this being the source of the issue. Well now it no longer squeaks on the mid to long left and turns but squeaks whenever I turn the steering wheel slightly to the left. I used plenty of grease on the spindle and torqued the nut to the correct specs.
I am completely out of ideas on what it could be and don't want to just keep throwing parts at it.

I replaced the tie rod and the squeak doesn't happen as often but will still happen she tiring the steering wheel 5-10°.
I took off the wheel and examined the rotor to finds light scoring around half the outer circumference (towards where the top of the pad sits) on the outside face of the rotor. I can't see any burrs or rub marks on the caliper.
I am at a loss for what could be causing this.
