Can't help you with price but the install with the IRS is very easy. Hard to say a time bc if you have never taken the rear apart (control arms) those bolts can be a pain.

Yea I was just about to say that, the pads are different.. but slightly

It took me about 5 hours to get the old out and new in. its not hard at all. 4 bolts. the hardest part is getting the ebrake cables back on.

when i got my IRS for the V6 from MPS it only had rotors and i re-used the pads without an issue

you can use stock pads, u just need to replace them sooner with the proper spec pads.

The only difference in the pads from cobra to gt is the thickness. The cobra pads are just thinner due to thicker rotors. This is what I've read and heard. I'm using my same gt pads now that I was before.
