Default Benefits of a Return Style Fuel System?

Hey I am starting to look at fuel systems for my future engine build. What are the advantages of having a return style fuel system over returnless?

From what I hear they are easier to tune on f/i setups. The returnless systems tend to have lean spikes between shifts have to deal with modifying the fpdm or adding a second fpdm in the higher hp builds.

Constant flow of fuel. Look at lethal performance, fore fuel systems.

If you only want 500 hp don't waste your money.

Big hp definitely. Tripple hat/ pumps e85 ready.
