Default MM PHB deal or not?

Looking into purchasing one (used... for 1k) for 255 shipped?

Thoughts? And any concerns I should be worried about?

Well after some searching I think I have found that PHB is a panhard bar?

Yup, just make sure you get all the hardware. Spacer plates for the frame rails and all related bolts. Pics would be advised to be sure it is not damaged in any way.
