Don't really know what I want to do with it specifically. I know I would like to first make some changes to the appearance. Then I would like to work on the making some modifications under the hood. Any suggestions? Again I am a complete novice with this, and trying to get some ideas.
Thanks

You don't have to mod things things under the hood... SUSPENSION! GEARS!

Anyways.. I think the car would look great lowered some. There are three ways to do this... 1.) Lowering springs, 2.)Cut the stock springs, or 3.) Coil-Overs. Some guys cut the springs, I wouldn't do this. Some guys also buy V6 springs, not something I'd recommend. If the car is going to be just a DD, you'll be fine going with some lower springs. I bought lowering springs and wish I had gone to coil-overs as I want to get into some autoX and have the ability of lowering my car more than what it is now.

As for appearance... maybe a grill delete? Tint? (Can't tell from that picture if the windows were tinted already) Maybe some new wheels? As for that, I wouldn't change anything on your car... I'd save up for some performance mods, which brings us back to what goals do you have for the car? Is the car a DD or a weekend toy or a soon to be track car?

Blue.... I too welcome you to MF's The second thing I would you to keep in mind is...

What are the ULTIMATE goals for your car?

This should be first/foremost in the decision to spend any money on it, as 100% of your mods should work toward this end.

I'm really not going to race it. Basically will be driving it for fun on the weekends. I have a primary commuting vehicle. This is just for me, but I definitely would like to make some mods to it. I know the 4.10 gears have been mentioned, but what else would you all suggest be the first mod to build off of. The mandatory first thing that needs to be done before all else!
Thanks

GEARS! 4.10's or 3.73's. This was the first thing I did along with a tuner and it made a huge difference in how the car responds. I went with 3.73's and glad I did. Welcome to your new addiction.
