Hey guys, to save those who hate to read let me start with this..

Its time to really start doing the research and what not for my next project. I was wondering if you guys can post any and all wiring/vacuum schematics that you guys have. I would even like the body wiring as well! Anything from 96-04 is fine with me. I tend to save everything I get my hands on so nothing is a waste of your posting time!

I am dropping a Non PI 4.6 and auto trans out of a 99 Crown vic that used to be a cop car here in town down into my 83 hatchback. I didn't pay a dime for the motor/trans so I can't complain and before it is said, yes I know buying a mustang body and taking everything is my best/easiest route but the initial cost of the wrecked body is what stops me. Eventually my car will have a 32V aluminum block motor still with the auto trans for a good family DD. I am also going to be swapping in the newer interior and having everything work. A/C too!! lol

I will eventually post pics and start researching for the rest of the parts I need since all I have with the long block is the intake, oil cooler and power steering resevoir...

while it may not be the best answer, why not get a Chiltons or a Haynes?

 

Because I am not wasting $17 on a book that isn't going to tell me anything. I have actually found a lot of the wiring information that I need to know though. Now it is time to figure out what all I am missing from my motor and start collecting it all..
