Default Tires

Being I live in fl I've posted there but not sure how often people go it so I'll ask here also. What tire do you guys use in fl due to the rain that grips well. If the roads are all but dry I drive like an 80 women with no confidence that the car won't kill me lol.. I dd my car 100 miles a day. When the roads are wet I drive very conservative even with TC. I don't know if it's my tires or just the car. Thanks in advance for your advice

It's both. The car is a light weight rear wheel drive vehicle, and as such is prone to breaking traction in conditions such as we have here in Florida. UHP tires tend to be crappy in anything but dry conditions. There are some tires that have a decent compromise.

Dude you'd love NITTO INVO's. They've got wet roads in mind within its tread pattern. Plus they grid better then the Nitto 555's.

I have heard good things about the NT05's in wet conditions. They will be superior in grip than the 555's, in either wet or dry conditions, but will cost you more $$$ for sure.

+1 for the NT05's and theyll only run you back like $50 more for the set, not bad for a VASTLY supperior tire...

The NT05s are that much of a better tire in both wet and dry conditions to that of the NT555s?

100% better in just about every way. Only down side to the 05's vs. the 55's is price & fast tire wear.

Thanks alot guys I really appreciate it. I'm looking at either the nitto invo's or nt05. The invo's from what I've seem to be better in wet conditions. Again thank you
