Everything has come in except for my parts for the brake lines. Only issue I ran into is that Latemodelrestoration sent me 2 of the rims I ordered damaged. But they fixed it, and are shipping out 2 new rims and should be here by thursday they said.

The tires are very nice! Theres very little tread on them though. I guess thats what you get when you buy a performance tire!

The full tilt boogie racing bushings and rear bumpsteer kit is very nice!! Didnt realize delrin was that heavy!

Also, I recieved the mm front coilovers and those are really nice too!!

Cant wait to install of this crap this weekend!!!!!

Hmm ok.

Well after work today my friend and I got the hubs and axles off, exhaust out, driveshaft unbolted, and cradle out. Took us about 3 1/2 hours. Tomorrow though, I am on my own most of the day taking out the old bushings and replacing them with the new ones. I may also have to install the rest by myself. Theres so many parts to this thing!

Wow, it was a few days(maybe a week since I logged on) and this went real far. Best of luck with those tire sizes. Those sizes leave the wheel lip very unprotected. And with this being a street car. I feel that it is important to size the wheels according to how the vehicle is going to be used. If you're using a tire that has a stiff sidewall, you can go a little wider with the tire. If you're using a softer sidewall tire then you want to have the sidewalls slightly stretched to keep them tight. He's using Nt05's and they do very well for auto-x with a tight sidewall. So he could have gone much wider with at least 265 up front and 295's out back.

Just my opinion. Also, what spring rate did you choose for the front?

I thought of that aswell. But then I thought about it, and I never once have hit the curb with my tires. I always put my side view mirror down while parking, and I park in the garage at home.

As far as spring rate. Maximummotorsports suggested 12" 250lb springs in the front with the current springs i have out back and all of the other suspension stuff i am doing to it.

Wow, that light! You'll have all the same mods as I do and better rear sway bar and they suggested that spring rate? I have 325/525. Hope that works out well for ya!

Those are a pretty stout stock location springs. They are te most aggressive stock location springs for the 03 cobra that I've come across. In terms of wheel rate, they compare to my 525lb rear springs. That's why I was saying that.

Thats weird. Thats what te guy suggested though. I hope they work ok.

It has been such a pain adapting the IRS that is setup for abs brakes on a mustang that didnt come with abs brakes. Ive been driving all over the place and finally got all the parts needed to make the custom brake lines that I need. Ill show a picture tonight of what I had to do to make it work.
