Default Spark plug gapping

Hey guys quick question I'm replacing my spark plugs and I was wondering what you all recommend for the gapping?

I've got 3.73 gears, cat less h pipe, cat back, and k&n intake

I think the factory suggested gap is 0.054.
This should be listed on the sticker under the hood, or in the owner's manual.

For nitrous cars, we gap at 0.035.
