Default 98 GT 4.6L motor swap

I own a 98GT 4.6L and would like to do a motor swap to something that has a good base for horse power and that would be good for a supercharger later down the road. If anyone is willing to throw out some recommendations I would greatly appreciate it.

I just finished my engine swap in my 98 GT, I dropped the 98 and went for a 2001 PI mustang engine with 40k miles. I honestly cannot describe in words how much more awesome the new engine sounds and feels, there is a noticeable increase in power. I honestly think I got close to creaming my pants when I first stepped on the gas....

I did the PI swap on my 98 GT. PI heads, BBK LT headers, 3.73s, ORH, and UDP's. It was slower than my mark VIII swapped GT that was 100% stock down to the mufflers.

Holy thread jack batman! Anyway, you seriously need to do a search, or at bare minimum look under the hood of your car. You don't have spark plug wires, you have COPs.
