Default How do I get this off

Need opinions on ways/ the best products to use to get the rust off my exhaust pipes. The rust is pretty caked on. I'd like the clean them up and have them shining.

You could try 0000 steel wool. I have used this before on chrome but not on exhaust tips. So if you decide to try this do it on a spot that is not visible first to see how it works. Then apply a good wax for chrome. Where the rust is there will be pits in the chrome, and eventually the rust will return. Other option is to replace the tips.
