I already have a mail order tune for the cams, so as long as it's safe i'm going to keep it. otherwise I cant see justifying spending 500~ on a dyno tune to gain 5-10 hp.

Cams are in! They sound pretty good. You can tell Its cammed but it's not that lopey. Will post a vid as soon as I upload it.

the idle is high in that vid, it's at about 900. when I drive around and am at a light with the car in drive it idles around 750 and sounds better. It's exactly what I wanted soudn wise. now just gotta get to the track again!

I will post more tomorrow when it's bright out. they sound better while driving, because when the car's in gear it idles around 750 or so and sounds much better. I might just manually lower my idle to 750/800 to show what it sounds like.

I would call these more of a stage 1. seeing as they are just stock cams reground, they cant be too wild. that's why i didn't expect a crazy idle. but everything was left stock, lifters, springs, etc.
