Help me understand, why the F$&@)ck is he forcing to put brake pads on before passing inspection?

Every car I've ever bought - 4 wheels? Check, check engine light? No... PASS!

 

I told you there were terrible! In Maryland we only have to go through inspection one time, so they are **** as F____

 

What kind of tint did you put on there? I have quotes anywhere from $120-$200 for regular tint. I want 35% so I don't have to worry about cops or anything for the time being.

 

Got everything taken care of and got my inspection certificate today! Going to the MVA tomorrow and finish up the registration. Ended up only costing $325 to get everything done. I am relieved! Now I just need to get the o/r h pipe back on because it sounds like Poo right now.
