Update! figured out what broke. It appears that the passenger side primary chain adjuster broke the adjuster piston and spring where out of the adjuster. both chain slides managed to get destroyed on that side also. And the pivot stud for the chain slide broke off in the block.
All fixable with new parts I just hope it didn't bend valves

That no big deal just bend all the other valves to match and you will be good to go haha.

good call I never thought of that I've heard you can gain 5hp for every bent valve in an engine

hey, i like what your doing, i just purchased a 98 cobra aluminum block with the 4 bolt main and all that. I do want to boost it, but i also want to stroke it, i dont know if boosting and stroking together is good? i also want to run the trickflow twisted wedge heads with the comp cam stage 2 cams. will the stroker raise the compression? or can you get one that keeps it the same?

Well I lied about the stroking part after doing allot of research I just didn't feel the extra cost was worth it for me in my application. I would rather spend that $ on suspension parts. But she is getting forged and I just finally got all the parts to start assembling it
