need help not shifting right

I bought a pro50 shifter from a guy here on the forums...installed it and was having exactly the same symptoms. Loosened up the stops at the front and back of the shifter...problem solved.

Just in case you have a STS...you may want to check. For what it's worth....

Did you properly adjust the stops after loosening them up? This should be done to prevent the extended range of motion the STS provides from damaging the internal shifter stops, known to be a weak point on the T-45...
