I really don't know much about this subject so Im asking for help and advice from you guys. Im planning on buy some cams for my 02 gt, and I was wondering what was needed to put stage 2 cams on my gt ?? Do I need cam gears and comp valve spring ?? And any advice on which cams should i buy ??

My mustang has kn&n intake, ported throttle body, Fox Lake P-51 intake / with the fuel rail kit, bbk long tube heads, bbk o/r xpipe, slp lm1, 3.73 gears, stage 2 clutch, and it has around 145k miles on it.
