Default Programmers and convt top

Hey guys, I just got an 04 GT convt. I'd like some feedback on programmers, which is best or are they all similiar. On the top, it is missing the alignment pin/dowel on the drivers side, should I go to Ford dealer or elsewhere for replacement? THANKS

Handsets are ESSENTIALLY the same...some have more functions than others. American muscle has the bama tuners that have the free tunes for life which is pretty popular. I would probably start at the dealer for that part, unless you can find a convertible in a junk yard..
