So I just installed my reverse glow gauges from AM and when I turn them on, there's a high pitched ringing noise that doesn't go away. I wired it up to the blue/white wire and then grounded it to the chassis so I could use the dimmer function. When I dim the lights, the ringing drops in frequency. Does anyone know what might be wrong with it?

I'm thinking about rewiring the ground to fit onto the harness, but I don't know which wire to splice it into. I have attached a link to a video of what is happening to my car. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Mine does the same thing. On mine you can switch from blue to green, and it only whines on green. I have no idea why though. Good luck, I'm curious about this too.
