mean green cobra

i had a 96 gt and wrecked it last year. i bought a body of a 97 gt and put my motor, trans, streering column, and pcm in the 97. it will start but it shuts right off. and u have to turn the key off then turn it back on to get it to start again . but it keeps shuting off after one second . there is a white plug on the right side the comes out of the steering column that has 4 wires on it . i cannot find out were it plugs into. it has a tan/white, red/black/, purple/light blue, brown/orange. if ne one canhelp me and let me know were it goes or what its for . thank so much
