Default 2000 GT Steering U-Joint

I recently got a 2000 Mustang GT, and my steering is a bit sloppy. I know it's my U-Joint, you can hold the lower half of the column, and move the wheel about an inch either way and see the play in the u-joint. I'm looking to get it fixed, just can't figure out the part # for the factory replacement. Anybody happen to know the part number, or a good replacement part?

I've also got a pop in the front end on the drivers side, I'm guessing is from a tie-rod end. I'll hopefully have it up on the lift sometime this week and check it out.

Same thing with my car, the steering wheel can move about an inch left and right.

I lifted this image from another thread here, but it's the u-joint pictured that's bad on my 2000... I've checked the alldata info, and the ford service manual, but haven't seen a part #, or instructions as to how to replace it (or if you just have to replace the entire shaft).
