Default I have been seduced by the dark side.

So, I've had my Cobra for 9 months now and I have decided that it's just not the daily driver for me. It's been a great car, but I have been finding that I am more annoyed than happy when driving it, so I have moved on. Picked up a 1998 Formula Firebird M6 t-top. Has a lid, LT headers, Y pipe, tune, lowering springs with blistien shocks, hotchkis panhard bar and ROH racing wheels. Has a couple of minor issues that require my attention, but it's one of the best bases that I have ever started with. I couldn't be happier with it, drove it 180 miles home and loved every minute of it.

It's definitely well cared for. The interior is a lot better now since I got after it with my steam cleaner. No cookies . Oh and CURSE my title typo.

The 1997 Cobra leaves a lot to be desired gotta go Terminator for that body style. Firebird looks pretty good though.

I would go terminator, but I don't have that kind of cash. Paid $4800 for the firebird, as compared to 15K minimum for a termi.

Yeah, the check engine light was on. Knock sensors were firing off, but they are brand new. Come to find out, the O2 sensor was loose and rattling, which the knock sensor was picking up. Tightened it up and it stopped.

car looks clean! ta's are deff the nicest of the ls1 cars. look into a 99+ pcm swap if you do anymore mods to it, once you cam them they're a huge pain to get to idle right.

I have heard that the PCM is a pain to deal with in 98. God knows finding a gas cap was a pain. Finally found one in the napa warehouse.

Very nice! How many miles on this one? You go through cars like normal people go through pairs of underwear

LOL, while you guys don't know me, but I think I have him beat, I have had 7 Mustangs since 2011.

(1) 2011
(2) 2012
(4) 2013

Plus 1 2011 Camaro, a 2012 Challenger and I also have 2000 GT Convertible. He is probably like me and gets bored with them after a few months, and nothing is wrong with that. =O)
