Default Cobra GT

Hey guys, I have a 2000 GT 5-Speed. This coming winter I want to upgrade my drivetrain to a 03/04 Cobra. I know there will be size differences as the DOHC is larger than the SOHC, and I will have to buy a conversion kit for the t56. Will there be any issues with the engine bolting in? Excluding anything will the electronics because I can find engine/trans combos with all of that good stuff included. I also plan on changing the rear end up, but don't have many ideas in the area of that so far.

Any help at all would be very much appreciated!

Im not in a position at the moment to paste the links, but there are a handful of conversion threads online here and a few other mustang forums. If I remember to when I get to work I'll link them here. I saw an entire engine/tranny combo for sale on eBay for $8k that included everything and I mean everything you need except kmember.

That's what I've been looking into actually. Will there be any fitment problems when putting into the car?
