2002 mustang gt

I bought stage 3 comp cams, comp springs, and retainers.I was wondering if I needed anything else such as push rods, sprockets, adjustable cam gear(etc).Also do I need to get a tune.

FYI OHC (Overhead Cam) motors don't have push rods, with stage 3 Comp's, a forged bottom end would help.

The tuner will come when you go to the dyno, those cams will require a dyno tune
