Default 200k mile maintance?

So my 03 gt is near the 200k mile mark, runs good plenty of pickup and power, I do get puff of oil here and there from take off, so other than worn out valve guides or valvd seals is there anything major I should look out for? Or replace at the 200k mile marker?

Oil pump timing chain guides etc? Mainly everything but the spark plugs, alternator and starter and accessory belt have been the only thing changed. 95 percent of it is still original parts..
Thanks in advanced

I would imagine at that mileage some suspension related bushings are worn and could use replacement, as far as timing components it's kind of a crapshoot. I personally know a couple of 4.6's with 200K+ that run as perfect as the day they were brand new but have seen many engines with significantly less miles where that stuff became a problem, if you have a rattle sound at cold startup then that definitely points to failing tensioner and/or worn guides. If not then I wouldn't worry about that yet.

For the most part just continue with whatever your regular maintenance consist of, as it sounds like that's working. No real benefit in replacing parts that don't need it.
