2002 Mustang GT Emissions Fail! HELP!
Hi everyone. I am looking for advise on how to pass emissions in Chicago, IL with my '02 GT. It was modified and tuned by Sutton HP which is no longer in business. I have Bassani mid-length headers, a Bassani X-pipe w/no cats, and a Magnaflow cat-back. The passed emissions successfully for years post modifications, but apparently the state of IL has made the testing more strict and now no matter what I do it won't pass. What can I do in order to pass emissions with my car? Please help....

Change the oil, idle it, change the oil again, get it tested immediately. There is also an
additive you can buy a Walmart that says it guarantees to pass emissions, or your
money back.

Cars can fail if there is gas-saturated oil in the pan. I always take mine in after a
fresh oil change.
There are other products:

It all depends why it failed. What is new about the inspection process? They dyno it, they plug in an OBDII scanner? What?
Dyno with a sniffer could be like MustangDude described, OBDII scanner could be sensor related (O2 sensors turned off or unplugged...etc.
