Default No Theft Light, No Start

Hey everyone, I've got a really annoying issue that I can't seem to find any information about. I just tried starting my 2003 mustang GT after a long winter without running. Car was dead so gave it a jump and started right up. The engine sounded engine sounded choppy upon pulling out of the driveway and died about 5 seconds after pulling out. I charged the battery up to 100% thinking it was a battery issue and tried starting it again. Cranks like crazy but no start. A few observations I made were there is no theft light AT ALL and the fuel pump does not engage when key is in on position. The theft light doesn't blink constantly when the car is off and doesn't turn on when putting in the key. Every thread seems to talk about rapidly blinking light but no one seems to talk about no light at all... ever! I checked and replaced fuses, checked the fuel pump reset in the trunk, locked and unlocked, and tried to reset the pats system by keeping the key in on position for ten minutes. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I'm at a loss!

Scan it for codes. Verify no fuel pressure at the rail. Pats disables ground pulse not fuel pump. If no fuel pressure at rail verify power and ground at fuel pump connector.
