So, decided to do a quick, "easy" steering wheel swap on my 00 Mustang GT, and when I pulled the old wheel off I noticed what looked like a plastic zip tie hanging out. Is this part of the clock spring or possibly an actual zip tie that someone previously placed to hold something else there? Guessing my easy wheel swap is now going to be a little more in-depth.
Amy help would be greatly appreciated.
