JBA Cat4ward shorty headers
Anyone have info on JBA Cat4ward Headers http://www.jbaheaders.com/images/pro...s/1675Sbig.jpg Does anyone have them? Gains in HP?

They are worth 3-5 HP, with a tune.
Shorty headers are not worth it IMHO. They are expensive and too much hassle (more $$$) to install for only a few HP.
Longtube headers, on the other hand, are somewhat more expensive, but are no more effort (or cost) to install, and will give you much more HP. 15-25 HP is commonly reported for Longtubes.
Do a search here in the forum, you will find a lot of past posts about headers.
