You can't change the "chip" in the 05-07 mustangs.
You can, however, get a tuning device such as the Diablosport Predator or the SCT-II.

You can also check out a local guy (not sure how close he really is) but Doug from B amachips can help you out. Hes a very cool guy and takes the time to explain anything you need to know. Just go to his website B amachips.com (no space, just how I have to type it here... long story)
