Default CAI & Tune

Hi,

Im new on this forum and im about to buy a GT 07, i have read some of the posts that talks about CAI and Tune, first i didnt know what does CAI stands for no i know it is Cold Air Intake and kindly how it works and that it is so easy to install. But when people said CAI/Tune what does Tune means, to modify the car o r is something else working in conjuction with CAI ?

Does anybody have pictures of how does the Mustang CAI looks like ?

Thanks
Jesus

Tune refers to a programmer which changes the programming in your computer. It is necessary with some cold aid intakes and not with others. Run a search on the forums.....there is a TON of information on here about it.

This is the Granatelli CAI. Had it 7 months, no issues. There has been some banter recently that, the use of oiled air filters may clog a throttle body over time.
