my friend has a 2007 GT and i getting a built t-56 tranny installed in my T/A and told him i will sell him my old t-56 to put in his GT just wondering if there is a difference between my t-56 and the cobras t-56 and if so what does he need to get besides a new drive shaft, and a 8 bolt flywheel to install it?

 

I'm pretty sure he'll need a new bellhousing as well as a new driveshaft.

 

^^^correct. The bellhousing from your T/A is set up for a pushrod engine, he will need a modular bell-housing
