ok, so ive already put an axle back on my car, but i used those cheap clamps from pep boys. im about to go under and change it out (again) and i wanted to have some better clamps this time around. can anyone tell me straight up what size they are? when i bought them last i just took the muffler and pipe in a matched one up, so i didnt even pay attention. but with the slightly flaired pipe and all.. you know i just wanted everything ready when i get the new ones in.

I used 2.5 inch u bolts....sealed like a dream!

thats what im using now but i read some posts that made them sound kinda flimsy, i havnt had any problems w/ them though..
