comp stg 3 will give you 25 rwhp if you´re auto and around 30 if your manual.
1,000k dlls in parts not counting labor.

Up to you.

I got a few estimates for it, one by Woodbine Motorsports, JJ was gonna go 2 grand including labor and tune. I have heard that a few guys arent happy with their results, and I have heard the exact opposite. Your jumping into a possible win/lose situation. One guy I know had an increase in horsepower by about 20 to the wheels, but he lost torque...

http://rpmoutlet.com/05gtknn.htm
Cams for $590 springs for $249 and retainers for $90, the site will describe which cam is best for you.
I got the stage II and get 325rwhp on a dyno. (with a few other light mod's)

I am saving your *** here...DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order anything from RPMOutlet. To answer your questions regarding cams...The BBR camshave had bigger gains on our cars than the comp cams. The comp cams also tend to lose a few ft/lbs of torquewhile the BBR camsdo not. Check them out

+1
BBR's cams are great for ours.
watch out using comps springs for another cam, (low seat pressure)
I was gonna go stage IV Cranes, or Crower stage III

I hear great things about BBR cams as well -- you will need all your supporting mods to gain the full potential RWHP from the cam you purchase
