Default TR 3650 Tranny Issues

Hello everyone,
I have a new 2008 Mustang Gt with 5-Spd manual transmission. When cold, like in the morning, my trans is hard to shift with a clunk when shifting 1st gear to second, and 2nd to 3rd. Not a grind, but laomsot like it wants to, it just makes a reluctant shift with an annoying "clunk".
After about 10 or 15 minutes of driving it goes away, but that is really not acceptable since it only takes me about 10 minutes to get to work anyway.
I tried switching to Royal Purple Synchromax, it is an ATF made for manual trans that call for ATF. Filled with 3.2Qts. That did not help.
Stealership said I just need to warm the car for about 10 minutes in the morning..that is rediculous, plus I tried it and it did NOT help, since that doesn't really warm the trans anyway.
Anybody else have these issues?
thanks

thats ridiculous. I have an 08 gt and have never experienced any of that. I also had an 04 with the same tr3650 and never experienced that.

Does your car jerk back and forth when its cold? Sometimes it feels as if my tranny is sliding back and forth, but my old stang did the same.

My 06 both clunks on clutch depress in 1st in 2nd (though not always), and will occasionaly rock a bit under engine braking in first*. My clutch pedal will also occasionally become extremely stiff and difficult to ease over the engagement point. Neither the dealer or friends I have had drive mine have experienced it, but it's definately there, and not always when the transmission is cold.

*Sometimes, after I am in 1st from a stop (say, idling through a parking lot after backing out of your space), the slightest throttle input while in first will cause it to lurch forward, then jerk back when throttle is lifted. Then when the clutch is depressed for the shift to second, it makes a pretty ugly clunk (sounds hydralic, at least), and then the shift into second is smooth and the clutch becomes light again, and the symptoms are gone for another week. If you were to stop and then get going again after that clunk, the trottle behavior in first would be back to normal.

Like I said, it's pretty random, but no one other than me has experienced it (though I gave up trying after two times). I just deal with it.
