Should my tranny be making a noise?

i have an 07 GT. when i first start off like in 1st gear from a dead stop the tranny makes a noise. Can't really discribe it. It goes away though once the rpms get up and you start off. Its been doing it for a while now. Just kind of an annoying noise

If the noise is a 'clunking' noise that you hear at low speeds like stop and go around a neighborhooditsnormal and most likely the drive shaft. Otherwise....dont know, the clunking is the only noise mine makes.
