New hanger brackets on Slp loudmouths?

anyone know if new hanger brackets are required for slp loudmouths on an 08 gt? American Muscle said that mid 2007+ models would need them but i've read elsewhere that the loudmouths will go right on.

I've heard about this before referring to multiple exhausts yet no one seems to have a problem w/ reusing the factory ones, myself included.
