question:do the k&n fipk intake and bbk throttelbody work together
hi guys, i need u to help me to find the right answer (yes)or(no)
does the k&n inlet tube(the intake) match the face of the bbk throttle body or it is smaller??
i know that most of aftermarket cold air kits work with it because they have big mouth like : roush, jlt, bbk, steeda intake,c&l and many others.
but i am asking about the k&n fipk cold air kit because i'm thinking of installing it.
so i'll be waiting for u'r answer , bye.....

Is there any particular reason you're looking at the bbk throttle body? You're going to find that a n/a engine won't really benefit from a larger throttle body because there will never be enough air demand to surpass what can pass through the oem one.

Also, there have been some apparent install issues associated with the BBK TB from what I've read AND there's little bang-for-the-buck, if any. I'd research it more...

I believe your numbers might be possible IF you were aspirated.

Dont waste your money on a throttle body unless you are pushing serious numbers. If you are dead set on this I will sell you my BBK that was a watse of money for me. I will even give you a good price. I guess the main reson BBK TB are worthless is becuase of the of throttle blade and gear weight compared to the oem one. The BBK one weighs more making your drive by wire system work harder and possibly fail.

google it
search online for intake comparos and the the throttle body review, some claimed gains initially, but more drive time in the real world adversly affected the drivability and character of the car, most go into limp in or safe mode.
