does anyone know much about forging the engine? kits.. install.. which is best.. pricing.. whats needed.. etc

i was looking on stage 3 motorsports and found these:

p51 engine and tvs2300 supercharger
with this.. it says the install is 12-14 hours.. does that include everything? so assuming about $100/hr for installation it would cost roughly $1200-1400? also they give you a 3year/36k mile warranty too..

whats the difference in the kits on this page?:
stroker kits
its mainly the top 4 that would be for my car i'm guessing.. 3 of them are the same price and one costs like $600 more.. which would i want?
what would be the install cost on these?

or would a short block stroker be a better idea?:
5.1 modular stroked short block
is install on these cheaper or something? is that why the first link with the p51 engine is 12-14 hours cuz putting a new short block in is easier and less work than installing a forged rotating assembly on the stock block?

and i'm guessing none of this would be too easy to do yourself right?.. horsepower tv did an installation of the first kit (p51 engine and tvs2300 supercharger) yesterday and it didn't look ridiculously hard other than taking everything apart and putting it back together right.. kinda looked like a bunch of advanced unscrewing and unbolting things etc

so what would be cheapest and easiest way? thanks for the help in advance =)

the saleen 302 stroker kit or 302 short block are both good kits
