crummy, had to install a analyzer today, then had to carry this in all by myself:

JDWalton - Semper Fi' ... Can you pm me the name of the shop in CT you had them installed at. I am in RI and have run into a wall with getting a comfortable knowledgeable installer to do gears. I'd appreciate it bro..Kenny

I installed my frpp 4.10's myself, a week of reading, dbl checking my dbl checks, and the proper tools. No gear whine whatsoever. Was my first gear install and I did it in a car port in 1 day.

$300 I think it was for the gears, the black box, and the required royal purple to fill the diff.

Took 4 days for them to get to me, 1 day to install, been driving for 6 months now, no whine, no problems.

Most things aren't as hard as you think, and the frpp kit makes shims rediculously easy.

Edit: now I'm anxious to try one of those new electronic posi's

Hey micrycc I remember you on these forums from the beginning of time and your a super cool person but I have to say even when I had my 3.55s' they whined a little.
