Rear end swap questions

Rear end swap questions
I have found an 08 GT500 rear axle assembly, complete minus brakes with 3.73s and limited slip for far cheaper then the quotes I have recieved for doing a gear swap on my 09 GT. ( I wanted 3.73s anyways and my GT does not have limited slip)
The rear end has less then 800 miles on it.
My questions are would it be worth my time to just swap out the entire axle assembly? ( I ask this because I don't feel comfortable setting up just the gears myself)
What would be the pitfalls?
Would the brakes and suspension from my GT bolt up to the new axle?
Is there any difference in width?
Is there any difference in the driveshaft mount or difference in the unit that would call for a custom driveshaft?
Any suggestions or comments would be helpfull.

It should be a direct swap.
The pinion yoke might be different.
Brake mounting locations are the same.
ABS sensors are the same.
UCA, LCA and Shock mounting points
are all the same.
Best go with the factory set-up gears
in that GT500 rear instead of taking the
big gear swap chance.

I bought and installed a complete axle assembly from Newtakeoff.com. My axle had 100,000 miles on it and had some whine. It was a fairly easy task. Took me an afternoon. You might want to look at the aforementioned website. Their prices are pretty good and the gears are set-up at the factory. You can even get an axle assembly with 4.10's.
