Default Quick question

How long did it take you to change out your clutch? If you didn't change it yourself, how many hours of labor did you pay to get it done?

I could do it in a day, if the whipple wasn't in the way. It took me 2 days because of the blower.

moose, just send your whipple over to me so it won't be in your way any more. Let it be my "problem" to get in the way.

think it took me about 5 hours, but i had a lift. would have been alot faster, but because of the whipple I had to lower the engine so the bellhousing would clear.

Took me a weekend with lots of breaks. Had I worked non-stop, I'd say it would've taken about 8 hours.

first a whipple is a twin screw not a roots, but on some of the top mounted blowers hit the fire wall when you try and tilt the motor to drop the transmission, as a result the blower has to come out to complete the install
