Newbie with SCT tuning question

Newbie with SCT tuning question
Hey guys. New to the forum and absolutely love it! I'm now addicted and read the technical posts every night. Moved from a '96 GT to an '09 GT (5-spd). First mod was Borla stingers. Next came the Brenspeed purchase. Ordered SCT tuner, C&L Racer CAI, Comp cams and delete plates.
My question: Received my Brenspeed order today, but no instructions on the tune. Tried calling Brenspeed, but they were closed for the evening. I ordered the 3 tunes with one being the 93 octane tune. Can I install my CAI and tune or do I have to wait and do CAI, cams and delete plates all together? Cams and delete plates won't be installed until Monday, but wanted to see what the CAI and tune would be like before then.

When you ordered the SCT, did you tell Brenspeed to make a tune that accounted for all the other stuff your purchased and will install? If the answer is yes, then you need to wait. If the answer is no, you could install, but you would probably have to update the tune once you install the rest.
