being that they are 20s they might be low profile tire and the previous owner might have hit something to bend one of the back rims.

A vibration at those speeds sounds like wheel balance but could also be the factory clips on the wheel studs if they were never removed when aftermarket wheels were installed. I'll put my $$ on balance due to the narrow range where it occurs.

Traction control WILL cause loss of power for a moment or two but it could also be the fuel pump. If it does it again with the TC off, then check out the fuel pump TSB associated with hesitation. You'll know it if it bogs down after cruising for awhile at steady highway speeds. Air bubbles will build up in the pump and pass thru the fuel system during heavy acceleration after steady state operation.

The more hot and humid it is, the more condensation you'll get from the AC. As long as you're not seeing any dripping when you haven't operated the AC, it sounds normal.
I believe Nuke hit the nail on the head with these diagnoses. Enjoy the newfound fun!
