that sounds like my experience with KB, I'm glad they made everything right for you.

as far as other shops hating on the KB I totally understand it, look at it from their prospective. situation A, you buy a Kenne Bell and have them install it, they only make money on the labor since KB only sells customer direct. situation B, they sell you a Whipple, make 10-15% profit on that, then install it for you and make the labor on top of the profit from the kit. of course they're going to say the KB sucks and the Whipple is great, they're making $1,000 more on the Whipple install

Good to hear it was not a catastrophe.

With an FI car frequently level checks need to be performed. I would pop the hood a couple times a week and make sure everything is cool.
