Default 2002 mustang gt

i just installed an x pipe without cats on my 2002 mustang gt and noticed while it idles it smokes, but does not smoke while driving, any suggestions?

could just be the preserving oil burning off

hmm... seems like if that were the case, it would have burned off by now. i know when i changed mufflers, it took a little while to burn all the oil off. if that is the case, maybe it's just taking a little longer than usual... or i'm totally off base and it's something completely different
