Default surging

Can anyone help me. I have a 2005 gt mustang, ford racing cams installed Jlt cai,Kooks long tube headers and x-pipe with flowmaster mufflers. And custom tune. I have noticed lately that I am getting a surging at around 2100 rpm or even a little lower rpm range while driving. Could this be from my spark plugs?

Not the spark plugs, but it's good to pull and check them occasionally anyways.

It's going to be tuning most likely.

Sometimes a good cleaning of the throttle body and MAF cures the issue.

These cars with cams install are tricky to get tuned correctly.
