Default MGW shifter installed today, impressions.....

I had the guys at Tillman install my MGW new version shifter today, and wow the throw is direct and short. This is a nice piece especially when you compare it to the stock unit. I stayed with my stock shifter *** which now sits a little higher but it feels good, they had me all done in 1.5 hours. Chris the installer said this shifter should be installed with the drive-shaft out and the tranny lowered and that's what he did...I have my adjustment set to 5 turns it give a nice short throw...The shifter cost me $250.00 the install $150.00 including sales tax..The overall feel is just way more solid... I'm glad i chose to have it installed because i would have never been able to lower the tranny laying on the ground.
